Class Room Policies

Student must not have any alcoholic beverage or be under the influence of any drug prior to attending class

Visitors are not permitted in the class unless their attendance is cleared with the instructor or courts, and other classmates.

Students must attend ALL sessions in their proper order. The instructor and probation officer must clear excused absences.

Students having an excused absence will be rescheduled starting with session one, no matter how many other sessions had been attended.

Students must complete all assignments and turn them in to the instructor.

Students must make a score of at least 70% on the Post Test to receive a certificate.

Students should take notes during class.

An exit interview may be required.

Any applicable fees for the course must be paid prior to the student’s admission to the first class. If a student is rescheduled due to an unexcused absence, the registration fee must be paid again.

No smoking in the classroom.

Be on time. Class will begin on time and you are late at 10 minutes after class starts. You will not be able to enter class if you are late!

No cell phones.

No sleeping in class.

Please dress appropriately.

Duplicate certificates may be requested for the cost of $20.00.
