The classroom setting of our program is non-judgmental for all participants to enjoy their time learning about alcohol and drug usage. The curriculum explains topics such as the usage of alcohol, driving related skills, judgement and the effects on alcohol/drug laws.

The course may be used by attorney’s negotiations toward plea-trial diversion.

Driving While Intoxicated (DWI)

The standardized program is 12 hours in length and specific course topics include alcohol/drug and traffic safety problems. Texas laws relating to DWI, effects on humans, driving task abilities, chemical dependency, driving patterns, and especially decision-making.

Minor in Possession (MIP)

The standardized program is 6 hours in length which includes societal values and consumption of alcohol by minors. We look at advertising, physical, psychological effects while covering drinking patterns, problems of young people including abuse, decision making, and laws.
